Refund & returns policy

Customers located in the European Union have the right to return elegible items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

Customers located outside the European Union, including the United States, may request a return within 14 days of on a case-by-case basis.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.
